Product Warranties
All manufacturer warranties are extended to our customers. Products that are not covered by manufacturer warranties, have an in-store 30 day limited warranty covering non-cosmetic product defects. Additional exchange and returns terms may apply, see management. Valid dated receipts of purchase are required for warranty to be applicable. Rhizomes can not be guaranteed to grow
Price Match Guarantee
We price match advertised prices on Blichmann™ and Polarware™ products. Please see Management for additional details. Advertised prices must be confirmed. Price matching can not be combined with other discounts and promotions. Price matching purchases must be made by in store purchase or by phone, call us 303.936.2337

Shipping & Delivery
We ship all of our beer kits FREE within the lower 48 states. Orders, except excluded items, over our $75 minimum get free shipping. Shipping charges & handling fees will only be billed for items excluded from free shipping. Bags of Barley (ie. 50lbs or 55lbs sack malt prices & drums of malt) and Refurbished Kegerators are excluded from free shipping promotions. Additional exclusions may apply. Free shipping promotions are only available to the lower 48 states, all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico do NOT qualify for free shipping promotions, but we have made many exceptions for orders that fit into a flat rate USPS priority mail box. See management for exceptions, other terms or conditions. Promotional free shipping can be canceled at any time. Customers are solely responsible for failed delivery attempts, and extra delivery costs from re-delivery. Customers acknowledge by use of this site that perishable goods shipped are not refundable All liquid yeast is shipped with a complementary ice pack, so that the yeast will arrive healthy and viable to your door

Returns & Exchanges
Equipment can be exchanged for another item(s), store credit or refund, within five business days. No refunds on grain, hops, yeast. A valid proof of purchase receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, or refunds. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and authorized with a RMA number that will be provided to you. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and requesting an RMA within a timely fashion as determined by Barley Haven staff. Perishable items (ie. yeast, rhizomes, hops, and grains) are not returnable or refundable. "Custom Build" and "Special" / "Pre-Orders" orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Refurbished equipment has a 30 day limited warranty for exchange. Online orders can not be canceled once they are processed and shipped.Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift Cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen. Purchases made with Bitcoins can not be refunded for cash due to exchange fluctuating exchange rates, only store credit can be made for order exchanges originally paid for with Bitcoin. All returns or exchanges are at the discretion of Barley Haven Management.

Ordering & Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express for online orders. For your security, all payments are processed through PCI Compliant processors. All customer orders will be confirmed and processed for shipping upon complete & verified receipt of payment. Once shipped, customers will be notified via email of shipment and tracking information will be provided when/if it is available from the delivery service. Payment for pre-ordered or special order items must be taken in advance, and are not refundable.

HomeBrew Beer Kits
Our proprietary Beer Kits are brewing recipes packages that come with all necessary malt, hops, and yeast. Hand written instructions include everything you need. Though the brewing instructions are limited to suggested mash temperature, mash time, and boil time, call us for assistance. we will be glad to help.

Pricing & Promotions
All pricing and promotional rates are subject t o change at any time. Online price promotions might not reflect in store prices, but let us know and we can hook you up with a price match (and correct our mistakes). Customers submitting orders for items listed as on back-order acknowledge the inventory status of item, and accept a no refunds policy. Special promotions or offers can be canceled / revoked at any time upon the discretion of Barley Haven staff without prior notice. All promotional pricing is valid at time of purchase only, and can not be applied retroactively to past purchases. AHA member discounts, brew club member discounts, and other discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards or items already discounted at a promotional price. Promotional pricing and discounts can not be combined - only the best discount available can be selected and applied.

All order can be viewed by the customer by logging into our site at barleyhaven.com.
Orders with discrepancies can be confirmed and rectified by phone.

Privacy & Security
We collect information from you when you register on our site, visit our physical retail locations, place an order on-line or at our physical location, visit our site or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you); To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs); To process transactions; To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature; To send periodic emails. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Email Newsletter Subscription & Spam
We do our best to not annoy our customers and comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Email subscriptions can be modified through your user account portal or you can email us directly to manually remove you from our subscription list.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive payment information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and encrypted into our Payment gateway providers databases only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential by PCI Compliance regulations. We use tokenization to secure your transactions, your private credit card will be handled by AuthorizeNet.. All payment data is processed by a third party.
