- FREE DELIVERY, with $100 minimum order, for customers residing within select areas of the Denver Metro area & we ship any where in the United States. Free shipping promotions are only available to the lower 48 states, all orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico do NOT qualify for free shipping promotions. National and other Colorado customers can order delivery by USPS/UPS, FedEx or another courier can be made upon request. Requests for delivery other than local courier or USPS/UPS must be made prior in advance to ensure best shipping rates and timely delivery. Free deliveries only available within valid delivery zone and only valid at time of purchase. Free delivery offers / specials can be canceled / revoked at any time upon the discretion of Barley Haven staff without prior notice. Shipping rates charged at time of order are estimates, alternate shipping service maybe used to meet delivery time requested and charge for shipping and handling. Customers are solely responsible for failed delivery attempts, and extra delivery costs from re-delivery. Customers acknowledge by use of this site that perishable goods shipped are not refundable.

Any third parties responsible for this information are committed to the same principles, and also are required by contract to follow the same policies and guidelines as the state of Colorado in protecting this information. - Returns & Exchanges
- No refunds. Equipment can be exchanged for another item(s) or store credit, if unused, within five business days. Proof of purchase receipt is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns or exchanges must be pre-approved and authorized with a RMA number that will be provided to you. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and requesting an RMA within a timely fashion as determined by Barley Haven staff. Perishable items (ie. yeast, rhizomes, hops, and grains) are not returnable or refundable. Rhizomes can not be guaranteed to grow. Exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking processing fee. Online orders can not be canceled once they are submitted or processed.Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Ordering & Payment
- All customer order will be confirmed and processed upon complete receipt of payments. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Once shipped, customers will be notified via email and tracking information will be provided when/if it is available from the delivery service. Payment for pre-ordered or special order items must be taken in advance, and are not refundable.
- If you have any questions or special requests concerning your order, please submit them timely so that your request can be accommodated.
- All-Grain Home Brewing Kits
- Our All-Grain Beer Kits are all-grain seasonal brewing recipes packages that come with all necessary malt, hops, and yeast. These packages are intended for experienced home brewers. We do offer pastial-mash kits that include dried malt extract for entry level homebrewers. Instructions included are limited to suggested mash temperature, mash time, and boil time. Feel free to call us for assistance we will be glad to help. Beer kit flat rate shipping is available only within the lower 48 states. Other terms and conditions may apply. These packages are non refundable.
- Pricing & Promotions
- All pricing and promotional rates are subject to change at any time. Online prices do not reflect in store prices. Place orders online to receive web site special prices. Promotions are valid only on in-stock items. Some items though listed as being on BACKORDER are set to permit customers placing advanced order with priority order placement when product arrives. Customer submitting orders for items listed as on backorder acknowledge the inventory status of item, and accept a no refunds policy. Special promotions or offers whether made in store via internet or any other means of communication or transmittal can be canceled / revoked at any time upon the discretion of Barley Haven staff without prior notice. All promotional pricing is valid at time of purchase only, and can not be applied retroactively.
